Shipping & Delivery

When your order is placed expect an immediate automatic confirmation and allow us one business day to prepare an item for shipping. All items presented online are in-stock* and most are unique (meaning we may only have one).

*Items presented online are still for sale at our retail store located at 9023 Oak Ridge Highway, Knoxville, TN 37931. We do our best to immediately remove items from our online catalog when the item is sold in the store. If an online item at our retail store, it may take up to 24 hours to remove it from our online catalog. You will be notified immediately if we cannot complete your order. You may contact us by phone to confirm an item is still in stock before placing your order. (865) 851-8086.

Please allow 1-2 days for your item to be prepared and packaged. We do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday. We only ship items Monday - Friday.

If an item breaks during shipping it must be reported to the package carrier as well as us within 2 days of receiving the broken merchandise. Please promptly check your shipped items for transportation damage and contact us immediately. Refunds for items broken during shipping may take up to 10 days from your notification to process.

Please note that we do not offer many breakable items online and that our normal policy is "all sales are final." 

If we suspect fraudulent claims then refunded money may take an indefinite amount of time to process.

Most of our inventory is unique to us therefore we cannot replace or exchange items. We present items fairly, in an honest presentation that includes a detailed description of faults, wear and tear.

Ordering Payments
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  We do not accept checks for online purchases.
